  • How many cleaners come to the house?

    Our cleaners are divided by teams. We send one team per house. Depending on the size of your house, we send from two to five cleaners per team.

  • Does the team bring the products or do we have to provide them?

    Our team will bring all of the needed products to your house. You do not need to worry about that.

  • Are your products safe for kids and pets?

    Yes! All of our products are safe for both kids and pets.

  • How do I make a cleaning appointment?

  • Do I need a deep cleaning?

    We recommend that all of our new clients start with a deep cleaning so that we can make sure the entire house is spotless and then know better how to keep it clean for future cleanings. However, it is not required, so you can book any service you like.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, you don’t need to be home! It’s completely your choice. However, we ask that you let us know if you are not going to be home, and please provide us with a key or door code so we can enter.

  • When will I be charged?

    After your cleaning service, we will send you an invoice or payment information through your preferred payment method. We use credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

  • How long does the cleaning last?

    A cleaning service lasts around three hours, depending on your home.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All reservations require 72 hours notice to avoid late cancellation fees.

  • Will you move our furniture?

    We only move furniture on our deep cleanings, but we always have everything back the way we found it. We do not move furniture on our regular cleaning services.

  • Do I have to tip my cleaning team?

    No. Our teams don’t expect tips however they are always a generous and thankful gesture that motivates them.

  • Can I always have the same team?

    Yes! Once you find the team that you like best, you can let us know, and we will do our best to always send you the same team.
